Review: I read reviews before I purchase, so I was wary when I ordered this due to some negative reviews. But having fibromyalgia has forced me to find differrent ways to keep house. Honestly I don't understand the problems others had. For me this is the best tool ever. Due to all the pet hair I have, I was able to see exactly how well this vacuumed. It doesn't scratch my laminate floor and I think the steam feature works great. I bought a second for a family member as a gift. She loves it too.

Review: I started with the original "shark" steam mop after about two years it stopped "steaming" but i knew i loved the thing! So i called up the store i bought it from told them about it and since i had no receipt they exchanged it for the Steam Pocket Mop, i had to pay a little extra but it was worth every penny! Not only did it clean my kitchen and bathroom like a charm, but my husband spilled HOT CANDLE WAX on the carpet lastnight. So mom decided to go get the steam mop and GUESS WHAT! ??
